OUR PROGRAMS DELIVER A PERSONALIZED FITNESS, NUTRITION, AND RECOVERY EXPERIENCE TO ALL AGES AND ABILITY LEVELS
A complete, efficient, and totally unconventional approach to health and fitness. Our program enables our members body composition and performance to constantly progress while avoiding injuries and plateaus that occur in unplanned programs. The science behind our model focuses on the quality of each workout session, and carefully integrates Endurance, Strength, & Power (ESP) for optimal results.
The ESP Program is a comprehensive fitness, nutrition & recovery experience for all ages and ability levels – designed to engage, entertain and transform. Personalized programs are targeted at helping members strengthen, rebuild and conquer.

ESP is our scientific program model, and the acronym for Endurance, Strength, and Power. ESP correlates directly to low intensity, medium intensity, and high intensity, which also equates to the rate of perceived exertion (RPE), on a scale from 1-5-10.
The ESP philosophy is central to our individualized program design + decision-making:
1. Identifying the right starting point for new clients (low, medium, or high intensity)
2. Prioritizing a training focus (endurance, strength, or power)
3. Choosing the correct intensity for each daily session (RPE: 1-5-10)
The purpose of our methodology is to ensure a consistent experience for our members and a scientifically sound approach from our staff and to set us apart from all other clubs in the industry through holding ourselves accountable to deliver on our promise of health and wellness results. Our business runs more efficiently when the staff stays true to the program's guiding principles and methodology.
In turn, it is easier for our coaching staff (the front line) to articulate and demonstrate
the value of service to customers and increase trust-based relationships. Our members will renew their memberships and refer new business to us because of the consistent, enjoyable experience and ultimately the achievement of results.
The program menu is specifically designed to help our members identify an emotional connection to their training purpose. Its secondary purpose is to help our coaching staff better understand the member's unique profile attributes, explicit needs, and interests.
