At EZIA, our therapists will assess your injuries and perform a full-body evaluation. Sessions include 60-90 minutes of manual therapy and/or functional exercises. As you progress, sessions may be integrated with a performance coach. This means that you check in with your physical therapist for corrective manual therapy and then receive an exercise protocol with your performance coach.
You can’t out-train a poor diet. Good nutrition is a vital component of an active lifestyle and a foundational pillar of elite performance.
The first step to reach any goal is to know where to start. The second is to understand what you’re working with. EZIA has partnered with leaders in science and technology to help you discover your unique chemistry and needs.
Achieve your weight and body composition goals. We will assess basic vitals to calculate your body mass index (BMI) and basal metabolic rate (BMR–or how many calories you burn in a day), then we make adjustments for training, activity, and preferences. You’ll walk away with a sample meal plan (and recommended supplements) to help you reach your goals.
