Whether you are on-island for two weeks or 24, the coordination layer is active before you arrive and after you leave. We build around your calendar - not the other way around.

Members do not experience EZIA occasionally - they integrate it into their lifetime on Nantucket, often becoming a consistent part of their weekly rhythm while on-island.

Medical Oversight:
Executive membership begins with a coordination phase, and includes annual blood work. We review the results with our concierge MD and longevity specialists to align on goals, data, and clinical directives.
Unlimited Performance: Membership includes unlimited personal training sessions. Programs may include cardiovascular, strength and injury prevention relevant to all active lifestyle pursuits.
Unlimited Recovery:
Unlimited massage, professional
bodywork and assisted table stretching. Integrated protocols include sauna, cold plunge and compression. IV's, peptides and stem cell available separately.
Continuity Loop:
We ensure your health strategy remains a single, unbroken line from your primary home to the island and back.
