Throughout her various offerings, Caitlin brings a calm, energetic presence with a focus on compassion, connection, gratitude and self-acceptance. With certifications from two of the top Massage schools in Northern Thailand, her Thai Bodywork sessions will leave you feeling more grounded, spacious and in tune with your body. Additionally, Caitlin offers Chi Nei Tsang (also known as Abdominal Chi Massage), an ancient Taoist system for detoxifying and rejuvenating the internal organs and clearing energetic, emotional and physical blockages.

She is a RYT-300 Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master with additional certifications in Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra and Meditation from Mexico and Indonesia.
Her love of adventure and linguistics has taken her around the globe many times, and inspired her certifications as a Spanish Medical Interpreter, PADI Advanced Diver, and NOLS Wilderness First Responder.

Although originally a native of Boston, MA, Caitlin has enjoyed living a nomadic lifestyle for the past decade, returning to Nantucket as her summer home for eight seasons. With over fifteen years of working internationally in the Experiential Education Field, she has directed programs and guided groups of teenagers and young adults throughout Central America, South America and Southeast Asia.

Her personal transformation through years of travel and cultural immersion has gradually drawn her to learn and train in more healing modalities. Her immersion in Thai culture led her down a path to study Nuad Bo-Rarn, the ancient practice of Thai Massage.

Caitlin is excited to continue sharing this powerful practice with Nantucket at Ezia.
