Whether she’s cueing your squat or training for a HYROX, Grace brings the intensity—and the encouragement—to every rep.

 

She specializes in injury prevention and casually does marathons like they’re Sunday errands. Grace attended Oktoberfest in Münich and then ran the Portugal marathon the next week. She called it the best “carbo load a college girl could ask for.”
