Truman Peterson has always been enthusiastic about fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being, dating back as far as he can remember. What he loves most about fitness is the commitment to discipline, accountability, and self-improvement that comes with it.
Truman lives and guides his clients by a “kaizen” philosophy, the Japanese word for improvement. More specifically, it means making small, incremental improvements every day, which add up significantly over time. Inspired by this concept, Truman has tailored his coaching to help clients reach their goals using a step-by-step approach.
His dedication to the world of fitness extends beyond the gym including recreational sports, college club lacrosse, biking, and running. In his continuing pursuit of learning, Truman has also found a new love for mixed martial arts and looks to further his training in boxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu.
Since becoming a certified trainer (national academy of sports medicine) and working at EZIA Athletic Club, Truman considers himself blessed to do what he loves every day, for a living! He’s looking forward to meeting you and working towards your goals in the gym!
