The Only Bad Workout Is The One You Didn’t Do

“I am so upset that I finished that workout” – said no one ever. Sometimes workouts suck before you start, but they are almost always awesome at the end!! Even on a low energy day the best thing to lift your mood is a light workout! Hungover? Workout! Depressed? Workout! Aches and pains? Workout! Erectile disfunction? Try working it out! I didn’t even mention weight-loss, strength gain, injury prevention etc. etc.  Who really needs a reason these days? Just get after it an realize every day you don’t exercise is an opportunity missed.
