What are these oversized elastic bands?

These bands apply additional resistance to your exercises. The resistance bands main function is to specifically strengthen your muscles and make the exercise more challenging. When using the bands they are increasing the overall tension, when this happens it causes your muscles to contract. It is up to you on how hard you want your muscles to work. The farther the bands stretch creates more tension and then causes the muscles to work harder. At EZIA we incorporate resistance bands into almost all of our clients warm up programs. We also use the bands for any clients who are recovering from injuries or begging their fitness journey. The bands are used to strengthen muscles that need a little bit of a kick start to get activated before adding heavier weights into the client’s program.
