Hanging Leg Raise Exercise

Would you like a strong core and lean six pack?? Then skip the standard sit-ups or planks and try this advanced leg raise exercise instead. It is possibly one of the most effective and challenging core strengthening exercises available.

If you’re just getting started and would like a modified version, then use hanging arm straps and simply bring your knees up to your elbows until you have the strength to bring your feet to the bar (called a knee raise instead of a leg raise).
Regardless of what version you use, start with as many reps as you can do and build up to 3-4 sets of 20 repetitions each set.
