If You Get Tired, Learn To Rest, Not Quit
There is no such thing as overtraining, there is only under resting. Going hard 7 Days a week is not necessarily better than 5 or 6. Listen to your body. Give it what it needs. No one can perform at 100% all the time. So allow yourself the time and space to recover, regenerate and rejuvenate… Don’t give up or give in, just give it a rest, and then get back at it.
