If It Doesn’t Challenge You, It Doesn’t Change You

Running the same route over and over has a diminishing return, the same goes for lifting the same weights or following the same routine for too long.  Consistency is good, but to really progress we need new STIMULATION.  New challenges, new obstacles, new resistance.  If you are getting fitter, and your routine is becoming easier (good for you), then it’s time to change it up!  Our clients often say “no matter how fit I get, you guys just keep making the workouts more challenging” – and there in lies the point!
