Half Rack and Strength Cage – EZIA Equipment

Stop by EZIA Athletic Club to try a training session with our half rack and strength cage. At the club, our trainers put the clients through a program of strength, endurance, and power training. We have two half rack and strength cages that our clients use for weight training. Half racks are not made for bodybuilders and weightlifters only. It is a great tool for any client who is looking to incorporate weight training into their program. These racks have a pre-weighted barbell that can hold additional weight. The purpose of using the rack allows the client to safely perform the exercise without a spotter needed. Containing two adjustable arms, this half rack can change height depending on the exercise being done.

What exercise can I do on the Half Rack?

The possibilities are endless for this weight lifting device! Depending on the exercise, clients use the half rack in their session to either isolated muscle groups or the entire body. Here are few of the many exercises that our clients can do with the half rack.

  • Bench press
  •  Pull ups/chin ups
  • Squats
  • Deadlifts
  • Shrugs
  • Push-ups
  • All Olympic lifts
    • For example: Snatch, Clean, and Jerk
